It can be tricky understanding the difference in managment needs, especially when projects take on a global context. At i2a we beleive in a clear and concise approach to identifying projects, programmes, and portfolios. This means we can identify where our work needs to be focuse to deliver real change in dynamic business settings. Heath is an experienced business transformation consultant who, after rising through two of the big-5 consulting firms, has spent the last 15 years leading for i2a. Over this period, Heath has helped drive growth through the introduction and development of major client accounts into i2a, as well as recruiting and managing a team of consulting staff and directing the strategy of the business. Alongside the business development and sales activity, Heath maintains hands-on delivery involvement as a programme / project manager for major transformation initiatives, with a core specialism in global enterprise systems planning, design and deployment.
