We support the development of structured, achievable plans, built around the desired outputs. Through a combination of workshops, one-to-one meetings and analysis, i2a can develop effective and efficient plans that meet the business needs. We then ensure that there is clear prioritisation, realistic resource assignment, identified dependencies and managers who know where their efforts should be focused and are fully brought in to the approach.
We identify and mitigate project threats/risks to ensure that the project remains focused on the outcomes. By managing risks and establishing mitigation and contingency plans, the likelihood of programme non-delivery is significantly reduced.
We believe that simple, appropriate monitoring mechanisms are essential to highlight areas of the project where intervention is needed. Maintaining this focus throughout ensures that a project does not deviate from the set objectives and maximises the probability of success.
