A periodic health check is valuable as the business case for projects can get lost once delivery is underway; timely refocusing of the project on the intended outcomes can be invaluable. The health check will also provide assurance to the project sponsor and provides critical leverage on key decisions. i2a's approach requires a small team of consultants working for short period and as such provides a high return on low investment.
