What We Do

Process Redesign & Simplification

Process redesign is the practice of realigning a business's processes with its strategy and/or the desired behaviours of its people. It is a systematic approach that seeks to achieve increased performance by critically analysing, redesigning and implementing new business processes.

Mapping the 'As-is' process

Business processes define the activities that must occur to produce results. A clear understanding of a business's current processes (the 'As-is') must form the basis of any change. We will gather detailed data from which we can map current processes, end-to-end. This will allow us to identify those processes, activities and tasks that add value to a business and those that fail to do so. We will identify any weaknesses in current processes including: process bottlenecks, failure points, performance gaps in process cycle-time and cost. This enables us to identify opportunities for improvement, understand business constraints and provide a benchmark for the next phase of work.

Map the 'To-be' process

This phase is about identifying the changes and improvements that are required to bring about the greatest efficiency and performance gains. We map ideal processes. We believe collaboration is a vital component of this stage to validate the new design and establish new goals and objectives.

Implementation

The path of transition from the 'As-is' to the 'To-be' can now be mapped considering the priorities of the organisation and the likely impacts of change on the ongoing operations. We use the full range of our change skills (behaviour change, team performance and capability development), plus other Programme & Project Management and Communications & Engagement services to make new processes effective as efficiently as possible.
