The life-cycle of many people and process changes follows a recurring pattern. Project teams are formed which need to work effectively together to evaluate options. Once a specific solution has been developed, implementation across an organisation relies on multiple internal marketing activities - websites, posters, road-shows and others. Often early progress is made, but eventually cynicism grows and progress slows, or even starts to move backwards. Ultimately organisations fail to realise the benefits expected from the proposed solution.
