Our Team : Tim Barnard
Tim Barnard has over 14 years experience in the energy, utilities, environmental and government sectors. Recently he has provided project / programme management support to a number of large private and public sector clients. Tim's approach to consultancy focuses on creating results on the ground, ensuring the sustainable delivery of benefits by working closely with the client team and affected stakeholders. Tim has recently established a proactive engagement process with regulatory bodies for the commodity trading operation of a major energy company. This involved identifying key individuals within priority regulatory bodies, pairing those individuals with appropriate senior company representatives and securing main board CFO approval for the approach and proposed pairings.
Prior to joining i2a Tim was a Senior Consultant in the Energy, Utilities and Chemicals practice of Cap Gemini Ernst and Young (CGE&Y), delivering a range of projects encompassing operational improvement and project/ programme management, Before moving into consultancy he worked for a UK water supply and environmental services company.
