Our Associates : Lisa Scholes

Lisa Scholes is a CIPD qualified Human Resources professional who has over 6 years experience working for Ernst & Young / Cap Gemini Ernst & Young and Tesco. Lisa has worked in a number of generalist and specialist (compensation and benefits) HR management positions. During the Cap Gemini / Ernst and Young merger Lisa was actively involved in the harmonisation of the legacy organisations HR processes, specifically as a project manager for the expenses, compensation and benefits harmonisation teams. Whilst working for Ernst & Young Lisa managed a review of the performance appraisal process which resulted in some significant changes being made to the appraisal and staff remuneration processes. Lisa was also a core team member for selection, development and implementation of a Competency Tracking System for approximately 700 consultants. Lisa also has experience of managing HR service providers in a shared service environment.
