Our Team : Lawrence Harrity
Lawrence has worked across a variety of sectors on major IT and business change projects. He is experienced in project planning and management, status reporting, financial reporting, user training and stakeholder management and communications on small and large-scale projects and programmes.
Most recently, Lawrence has been working on major business transformation and IT outsourcing projects for a large client in the energy sector, undertaking roles in people change and programme management office.
Lawrence is capable of operating in English and French, and has particular experience in outsourcing and offshoring, organizational change, systems implementation and rollout, desktop deployment and procurement and fit-out of new premises. Before joining i2a, Lawrence worked for PA Consulting, delivering projects to clients in the energy, retail, government and financial services sectors. Lawrence holds a degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Imperial College.
