Our Team : Jayna Kothary
Jayna has five years consulting experience working with a wide range of clients across the public and private sectors. Her main focus has been in the areas of people and change, and performance management. She has excellent communication and facilitation skills coupled with a logical and practical approach to delivery.
Jayna's role on project teams has included stakeholder management, communications planning, workforce optimization, business process mapping and improvement, cost reduction, and the design of organisational performance management systems.
Jayna has recently delivered a workshop for Criminal Justice government agencies to support them in creating their vision. She is currently working in the Finance function of a major energy company supporting the implementation of process changes driven by new regulation.
Prior to joining i2a, Jayna was a Management Consultant at KPMG, focusing predominantly on Central Government clients. She also qualified as a Chartered Accountant whilst at KPMG.
