Our Associates : Elizabeth Bird
Elizabeth Bird has over 7 years' experience in recruitment. She has worked 'in house' as Recruitment Manager in an oil major, attracting and selecting experienced candidates into the global Downstream business. Prior to this, she managed the graduate and MBA recruitment process in the UK for Arthur D. Little.
More recently, Elizabeth has worked as an independent consultant, helping clients to design and implement effective recruitment processes. She is experienced in competency based and situational interviewing, in which she has trained clients. Elizabeth is also an experienced career counsellor.
As recruitment manager for i2a, Elizabeth's role is to work with the team to bring the very best candidates into the business, fuelling future growth and success.
