Our Team : Daniel Scott
Daniel Scott has over six years experience in management consultancy. He has worked in a variety of business functions, particularly in the Retail, FMCG and Energy market sectors. His main focus has been process reengineering, delivering performance improvement capabilities and global programme management. Dan has a pragmatic approach to delivering value in practical and sustainable ways. He has experience of the complete project lifecycle from identifying opportunities, through defining process change, designing and developing technical solutions and managing the business change and support.
Dan has recently been working in a programme management role within the Finance function of one of i2a's major clients, overseeing a number of critical transformation programmes each with multimillion dollar budgets. He has been responsible for reporting integrity across these initiatives. Currently Dan is working to improve the efficiency and reduce risks concerning internal transactions by introducing standard automated processes. This project has included an assessment of the current position, high-level design of future processes, creating a long-term vision and building the business case for the simplification project.
Prior to working with i2a, Dan was a Manager with Accenture, where his focus was working with large retail clients to improve their operating processes and sales performance.
